Refund Policy

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day your Flushy arrives to request a return — no need to explain why. Under UK consumer law you have at least 14 days; we give you 30 because we want you to actually try it.

Used is fine

Yes, really. You can install your Flushy, use it, and still return it. We refurbish or recycle every returned unit. All we ask: rinse it, pack it back in the original box if you can, and include the included parts (T-valve, hoses).

How to start a return

  1. Email info@helloflushy.com with your order number.
  2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Drop the package at any carrier point in your country.

When you get your money back

Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse in the UK. We refund the full product price, including original shipping. The return shipping is on us within the UK.

Damaged on arrival or DOA

If your Flushy arrives damaged or doesn’t work out of the box, send us a photo within 7 days. We ship a replacement immediately — no return required for the broken one.

2-year warranty

Beyond the return window, every Flushy is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Free replacement parts, no shipping cost.

What we don’t refund

  • Returns requested after 30 days (warranty claims still apply).
  • Items damaged by clear misuse (e.g. cracked plastic, modified parts).
  • Discount codes or store credit.
