These terms apply to every order placed on helloflushy.com and to your use of the website. By placing an order you confirm you’re at least 18 and acting as a consumer or authorised business buyer.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse orders if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — in that case we refund any payment in full.
Prices include VAT and are shown in euros (or your local currency where supported). We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is captured at the moment of order.
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Under UK law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend this to 30 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Every Flushy comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights as a consumer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or normal wear of consumable parts.
Flushy products are non-electric bidet attachments designed to be installed under a standard residential toilet seat with a 1/2" or 3/8" water connection. Installation outside of these conditions is at your own risk.
We’re liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and as required by mandatory consumer law. For everything else, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, the Flushy name — belongs to Flushy B.V. or its licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without written permission.
We process personal data in line with the GDPR. We use it to fulfil your order, provide support, and (with consent) send you the occasional email. We don’t sell your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You can also use the UK online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms occasionally. The version published here on the day you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
