Shipping Policy

Where we ship

All UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

How long it actually takes

Real numbers, not marketing ones. Orders placed before 2 PM CET on a business day go out the same day.

Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in your country.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your package leaves the warehouse — usually within hours of ordering. If you don’t see one within 24 business hours, check spam, then email us.

When things go wrong

• Package lost in transit: if tracking hasn’t moved for 5 business days, we ship a replacement. We deal with the carrier ourselves.
• Wrong address: contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we can usually fix it. After that, the package follows whatever you typed.
• Damaged box: photograph it before opening if possible, then email us.

Customs & duties

All UK orders: no customs, no surprise fees. All duties and VAT are included in the price you see at checkout. You won’t pay anything extra at the door.

Carriers

We use DHL, PostNL and DPD depending on your destination. We don’t offer carrier choice — we pick whoever delivers fastest in your area.
